This very pretty 2-bed cottage was renovated in 1984 so the decor is dated, but the potential with the stone walls and character features mean it's ideal for anyone looking for a very pretty cottage that one could really make their own. There is a very pretty half acre garden that surrounds the house and the shops, bakery and restaurant in Sourdeval are just a few kilometres away You would probably want to investigate creating an open plan living area on the first floor as the granite fireplace is such a fantastic feature to work around. There is a total 91m2 habitable space.
